I'm very, very behind on owed art, I know. So my spring cleaning this year will consist of cleaning my list off and having a clean slate (not that I am or will ever be taking more commissions outside of auction). So first things first, I cleaned my email inbox to null, meaning I can keep important emails in my face so I can get them done. So, I say:

If I owe you art, be it commission or trade, or if you just haven't received a print you've ordered from me, please send me an email at moltenglowstick[at]gmail.com at your earliest convenience.

If you could give me a brief reminder of what it was (badge, sketch, full illustration, etc.) and an up-to-date reference sheet if applicable, I would greatly appreciate it. Also if you're piece requires mailing, if you could provide me with your current mailing address. And, I promise a substantial progress update will arrive to your inbox within one week of your email. Yes, my communication has been awful, but no more. I'll keep you up-to-date on the status of your order until it is completed. First I want to make sure all my info is up-to-date with you. Including what email to get in touch with you with.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I feel awful about it, and I want to remedy this problem. This is priority #1 for me.
